Rick Manning, Sr. 67, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018. He was born on March 9, 1951 to the late Philip Levi and Joyce Manning.

Rick was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He was a great storyteller and shared every joke he knew. He loved to make people laugh and brighten their day.

Rick was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt and fish, and the more he told the story, the bigger the fish and the longer the antlers. Rick was an extremely talented artist and musician.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Denise Manning; sons P.J. (Amanda) Manning, Jr. and Ross (Jillian) Manning; daughters Stacy (Bill) Mikrut and Dawn (Brett) Duarte; sisters Brenda (Jim) Harlan and Cheryl (Butch) Taylor; brother Tom (Kristi) Manning, 8 grandchildren, Ava, Isla, Bodie, Laney, Marcus, Darcy, Braxton and Beckett and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Grace Funeral Chapel with a Memorial Service to be held at 3:00 pm.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of South Texas.
