ERNEST SANCHEZ GUZMAN, SR.
Port Lavaca – Ernest Sanchez Guzman, Sr., went to be with the Lord March 4, 2018 at the age of 52. He was born in Port Lavaca to Augustine Guzman, Sr. and Guadalupe Guzman on January 14, 1967.
He is survived by his father and step mother Augustine and Jovita Guzman, Sr.; mother and step father Guadalupe and Mario Morin, Sr.; wife Esmeralda Villarreal Guzman; daughter Jaylin Guzman; son Ernest Guzman, Jr.; sisters Rachel (Oscar) Canales, Christina Guzman, and Maricella (Gus) Ramirez; brothers Augustine (Loretta) Guzman, Jr. and Rene (Claudia) Guzman; granddaughter Katelyna Alexandra Villarreal; step sons Alexander J. Villarreal, Markus R. Villarreal, Nicholas C. Esparza, and Jaime R. Esparza; step sisters Patsy (Freddy) Cortez Monica Morin and Sara Cueller; step brothers Eddie (Ester) Hernandez, Marcus (Nicole) Domingus, Freddy (Serena) Domingus, Willie Domingus, Marcus (Casey) Morin, David Cueller, Joe Cueller, and Mario (Becca) Morin, Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ernest had a kind heart, was a loving son, brother, husband and father. He always had a smile on his face. He loved to fish, play pool, dance and playing softball.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm with funeral service at 1:00 pm at
Grace Funeral Chapel with Pastor Charles McBay officiating.
