Victoria – Arlene Wilson, 87, a devoted wife and mother of Victoria, Texas passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017. She was born October 3, 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah to the late George and Myrtle Walkingshaw.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Erma Kay Hart and Evelyn Rigby, brothers: George, Wes, Ray, Albert and Clarence Walkingshaw.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Floyd Wilson, of Victoria; son, Rodney Wilson, of Victoria; sister, Shirley Brown; brother, Richard Walkingshaw, both of Salt Lake City, Utah; numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Wilson volunteered at Citizens Medical Center for many years. She loved doing word puzzles, but most of all she loved her family.

A visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Hwy.

Graveside services and interment will be held at 9:00am on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Memory Gardens, with Rev. Jim Shamburger officiating.
