BEN WAS OUR GREAT FRIEND.HE WAS THE PROG. MGR.16 YEARS AGO WHEN STEVE KLEIN BUILT OUR HOM IN PORT LAVACA.IT TOOK ONE YEAR TO BUILD OUR HOME. BEN AND I NEVER HAD A CROSS WORD. I HAVE WORKED WITH MANY PROG. MGRS.OVER THE YEARS AND BEN WAS THE BEST. HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL. OUR PRAYERS GO OUT TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS. GOD BLESS
