Obituary for Sam Sensabaugh Jr.
Port Lavaca - Sam Sensabaugh Jr., 57, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. He was born in Port Lavaca on December 27, 1957 to Sam and Dorothy J. Sensabaugh,Sr.
He enjoyed gardening and loved the Houston Texans. He served as corporate sales manager for IBC Bank in Port Lavaca. He also served in the United States Army and graduated from the Defense Language Institute (Military Intellegence).
Sam is survived by his loving wife, Yong-Hui Sensabaugh; father, Sam Sensabaugh Sr.; daughter, Sally Ann Loomis; sister, Terry Fry and husband Harry; brother, Wesley Sensabaugh; aunts, Carolyn Sexton, and Gail Abraham; grandson, Ethan; nieces, Jessica and Katie, and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy J. Sensabaugh.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 24, 2017, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Grace Funeral Chapel in Port Lavaca. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at Grace Funeral Chapel.
Interment with full military honors under the auspices of the Calhoun County Combined Honor Guard will be at Green Lawn Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Derek Schmidt, Russell Cain, Rick Lewis, Luis Delagarza, Robert Blankeney and Oscar Padron.
Memorial Donations may be made to Habitat For Humanity 900 N. Virginia St. in Port Lavaca, Texas 77979.
