JULIANNA STAR OLEKSY
2005 ~ 2016
Julianna Star “Jewel” Oleksy went to be with the Lord on October 4, 2016 at the age of 10. She was born October 10, 2005 to Jerry and Vicky Hernandez Oleksy.
Jewel was a student at Aloe Elementary. She was a free spirited artist, who loved life. She was unique and considered herself a flower child. She was a very loving, caring and giving person.
Survivors include her parents; sisters Sabrina and Mariah Oleksy; brother Jimmy Oleksy; cousin Elonzo Garcia; maternal grandmother Stella Ordonez; maternal grandfather Ismeal Arrue; maternal grandfather Lucio Hernandez; paternal grandmother Mary Suniga; aunts Rachel Salazar, Lisa Hernandez, Rebecca Ordonez, Kerry Lopez and Kimberly Oleksy; uncles Terry Oleksy and Alexander Ordonez and numerous cousins that loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her great grandparents Jimmy and Blanch Ordonez.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at Grace Funeral Home. The funeral will be on Thursday at 1:00 pm at Grace Funeral Home with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
